What information is processed?
Name, surname, telephone number, tour date, number of people and food preference are taken during the reservation. Guest T.R. Selection of identification number and foreign citizen is optional. If card payment is active, the invoice/contact information required for payment is also requested. Card number and security code are not received or stored on our site.
Booking/payment statuses, transaction times, accepted contract version and QR ticket/entry records; Additionally, technical access and error records may be processed for the security of the service. The optional reservation note is used only by the authorized team for tour organization and evaluation of your needs. Do not share sensitive information that is not necessary.
Processing purposes and legal grounds
Name, contact, tour/payment and necessary invoice information are processed based on the legal basis of establishment/execution of the contract within the scope of KVKK article 5/2-c for the establishment of the reservation, execution of the service, presentation of tickets and payment tracking.
Registration/invoice and response obligations to authorized institutions arising from the legislation 5/2-ç; The establishment, use or protection of a right in a dispute is evaluated within the scope of Article 5/2-e. Limited technical records for site security and prevention of abuse are based on legitimate interest within the scope of Article 5/2-f, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
The phone number is used to transmit reservation and QR ticket information. The form provides information about this usage; The version of the information provided during the reservation and the transaction time are recorded. This registration is not a marketing consent. The optional guest ID field is not a prerequisite for booking.
Collection method
Information is obtained through electronic means through the reservation form, telephone/email/WhatsApp communication initiated by you, payment provider result and during the use of the ticket. If you are entering information on behalf of another guest, share this text with that person as well.
Recipients and transfer purposes
Reservation information to the authorized operating personnel responsible for carrying out the service; to hosting and technical service providers within the scope necessary for the operation of the service; For payment/invoice transactions to iyzico and relevant banks when the payment is active; It can be transferred to legally authorized institutions within the framework of legal obligations.
When the reservation notification link is active, your phone and reservation/ticket notification content are sent to the Meta/WhatsApp service. Guest T.R. information is not automatically added to WhatsApp messages. The use of external services such as WhatsApp may involve international data processing/transfer; Applicable transfer conditions must be met before the relevant service is opened. Reservation notification alone does not replace the international transfer terms.
Storage and security
Reservation data is protected against unauthorized access; Personal guest information is kept encrypted in the application. Data must be kept limited to the periods necessary for the operation of the service, legal retention obligations and protection of rights; When the processing conditions are eliminated, the deletion, destruction or anonymization process is applied. The QR ticket link is personal; Do not share publicly.
Your rights and application
To learn whether your data is processed within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, the purpose of processing and its appropriate use and the recipients; Requesting correction of incomplete/incorrect information, deletion/destruction, if applicable, and notification of relevant transactions to recipients; You only have the right to object to the results against you due to automatic processing and to request compensation for your losses due to unlawful processing.

Do not send unnecessary identification documents. Applications are finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature; In cases requiring a fee, the tariff determined by the Board is taken as basis.
