Guest/recipient is the person or persons specified in the reservation form; The subject of the contract is the daily Kekova tour service on the selected date. When entering information on behalf of people you are traveling with, use information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share.
Tour scope and program
For the daily tour, meeting at Kaş Harbour is 09:30, departure is 10:00, scheduled return is 18:00. The planned route is via İnönü, Aquarium, Sunken City, Kaleköy, Üçağız and Yağlıca, returning to Kaş. The captain may change the route or stop order depending on weather and sea conditions. Sunken City is not a swimming stop.
Lunch consists of Chicken or Fish, meyhane-style bulgur pilaf, carrot tarator, salad and yoghurt with purslane. The program includes tea-cake and fruit service and free use of swimming goggles, snorkel, swimming noodles and buoyancy aid. Water, other hot/cold or alcoholic drinks from the menu, snacks and hotel transfer are not included.
Price and payment
The price per person, number of guests and total cost displayed when the date is selected are included in the reservation summary; The final amount is verified from the server during registration. Mandatory surcharge is not hidden. Guests aged 1 and over pay full fee; Babies under 1 year old are free of charge and the business must be contacted to participate with the baby.
Money order/EFT registration awaits payment and business approval; Registration or QR ticket creation alone does not constitute a definitive reservation. Temporary quota period is stated as a result of the reservation. Payment by card can only be made on iyzico’s secure payment page when it is active; Card information is not collected on this site. Payment and reservation status are tracked separately.
Reservation and contract registration
The guest sends his/her request by reviewing the information and total amount in the form and checking the box regarding this contract with preliminary information. The reservation code is generated when registration verification is received from the server. This transaction creates an obligation to pay for the relevant tour fee; The finalization status of the round is also shown on the results screen.
Acceptance time, document version and text copy are added to the booking record. A ticket indicating current registration/payment status does not grant entry until payment is verified. Errors can be corrected before the form is submitted; For subsequent corrections, contact the business with your code.
Guest information and boat usage
Take your towel, sunglasses, sunscreen and personal swimming gear with you. Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the boat.
Smoking is allowed only in the reserved area. Follow the instructions of the captain and crew on the day of the tour. Swimming aids do not relieve personal responsibility for swimming safety or the captain’s assessment of sea conditions.
The terrace floor is a sun lounger area only and is open to guests aged 10 and over. It is not possible to select a seat or place online. Meal preference is selected as chicken or fish upon reservation.
Cancellation, refund and change
In case of cancellation made at least 48 hours before the departure time of the tour, the tour fee paid will be fully refunded. Requests received exactly 48 hours before are also included. Duration is calculated according to the departure time in the reservation in Türkiye time.
Customer cancellations less than 48 hours are not included in the automatic full refund. In case of tour cancellation due to business or weather reasons, a full refund or appropriate date change will be offered upon your acceptance. The right of withdrawal exception is taken into account for certain dated leisure services. This article does not eliminate the legal rights regarding defective or unprovided service and the return conditions that the business has also undertaken.
Notification and personal data
Reservation and ticket information is presented on the screen; You will be given a link to save it on your phone. Kaş Boat Tours also transmits the same information via WhatsApp to the number you provided in the reservation. This communication relates only to your reservation and is not considered marketing consent.
KVKK Information Text and Privacy Policy also apply regarding personal data processing; This agreement does not constitute unlimited express consent for personal data.
