Use of your information
Your information is used to carry out the reservation, meal preparation, payment tracking, ticket/check-in transactions and responding to your requests/complaints. The purposes of processing personal data, legal reasons and your rights are explained in detail in the KVKK Information Text.
Form data is not saved to the browser’s local storage. When the card transaction is active, the secure page of the payment provider opens; Card number and CVC are not entered in the form of our website.
Personal ticket security
QR ticket and link are specific to the guest of the relevant reservation. Share only with the people you will be traveling with. The ticket page is not indexed by search engines; QR is used to check current payment and reservation status upon arrival.
Access to personal areas is authorized; Identity and contact information are kept encrypted. Absolute security is not guaranteed for any system over the Internet; If you notice anything suspicious, contact us.
External links and notifications
Links to WhatsApp, phone, map and comment platforms open the relevant services. External sites’ own privacy practices apply. Opening the interactive route map will result in a connection to the OpenStreetMap servers for map images.
The QR ticket is displayed on the screen and can be saved on your phone. Reservation and ticket information is also sent via WhatsApp to the number you provided when the notification link of the business is ready. This communication is not used for marketing purposes. You can stop notifications from the personal ticket page or by typing STOP.

Permissioned statistics and conversion measurement
Google measurement used to improve the site is enabled by your statistics preference. Events such as clicking on a phone or WhatsApp link and creating a reservation request can be measured. Guest name, phone number, ID information, reservation code and personal ticket link are not added to these events.
Creating a money transfer reservation request does not show as a paid sale in the metric. You can change your statistics preference from the Cookie preferences button in the bottom area. Details about external measurement services are in the cookie policy.
